In principle, you can browse our website without disclosing your identity except when you send us a product inquiry using the contact form. In this case, we request the above mentioned data. Without these data, your inquiry or order can unfortunately not be dealt with.

Access logging

When our website is accessed, data are collected and stored in log files. These data include your IP address, the page visited as well as the date and time of your visit. In addition, the so-called User Agent is stored. This is a character string that identifies your browser and is not correlated with the personal data you may send. The User Agent is only used for statistical purposes in order to ensure the compatibility of our website with other browsers or to extend our services. We do not link these data to your personal data.

Right of withdrawal

You can delete transmitted personal data at any time. If you have given us your consent to the processing of your personal data, you may at any time withdraw it. However, data necessary for accounting or bookkeeping purposes cannot be deleted as we have to observe legal retention periods for such data.
