Fourth generation of the Wulf family takes operational responsibility

Shareholder Johann-Peter Wulf from August 2020 Member of the Executive Board and Head of "Strategic Projects”

Following a unanimous decision by the shareholder family Wulf, the planned succession at the top management level was initiated: Dr. Johann-Peter Wulf, the great-grandson of the company founder August Wulf, will take over the position "Strategic Projects" on August 17th and will become a member of the management. His appointment as Chief Executive Officer is planned for later, this will ensure the long-term continuation of our family business.

The son of Klaus Henning Wulf was born in 1986. He has two sisters, who also belong to the circle of shareholders. After completing his commercial studies at the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, based in Vallendar near Koblenz, and obtaining his doctorate in business administration at the RWTH in Aachen, Johann-Peter Wulf was ten years responsibly active at the management consultancy McKinsey.

With this project, the shareholders demonstrate their firm intention to continue to assume personal responsibility and to actively expand ninka's leading market position in the long term.
