We follow a holistic sustainability approach that goes beyond the important environmental aspects. As a firm, we also feel committed to act sustainably towards our customers, business partners, employees and society in general.

Sustainable Production and Location
Through its intensive energy and environmental management, ninka has recently improved its environmental performance significantly. In the last 10 years, ninka has reduced the CO2 emissions per ton of material produced by 75%, reduced the use of water by 45% and the amount of solvent-based paint by 33%.
The location in Bad Salzuflen has been continuously developed sustainably. After the investment into an energy-efficient office building and a rooftop solar panel system, a new parking garage with electric charging stations has been built recently.
Our Energy and Environmental Management satisfies auditors and is certified according to DIN EN ISO 50001 and 14001.
Carbon neutrality
We acknowledge our responsibility for the environment. We are committed to operate carbon neutrally not later than 2030.
We measure our greenhouse gas emissions with our annual carbon footprint reporting and have initiated an action plan to reach carbon neutrality.
In dialogue with the other members of the climate initiative of the chambers of industry and commerce in Ostwestfalen-Lippe we try to reach our goal as soon as possible.
