ninka-vital-team at the AOK company run for the 10th time

In mid-May 2023, the ninka-vital team took part in the big running event in Bad Salzuflen for the 10th time. This time there was a new record: more than 3.000 amateur athletes went to the start in the spa gardens. Our team participated with 27 runners and walkers.

At 6:30 pm, the first runners started on the 5.5 km course. Unfortunately, due to sound problems, the starting signal was not given. After days of rain, the weather was ideal for the AOK run - not too warm and bright sunshine, so that there was a great atmosphere among the participants.

From the ninka-vital team, Kai Altekrüger reached the finish line first with a time of 22:24 minutes, closely followed by Dr. Johann-Peter Wulf, Volker Brüggemann and Nikolai Scheibel.

In the walking category, Ursel Röntgen-Wulf was the fastest from our team with a time of 42:02 min. Together with the Korte couple and Ute Timm, the four ninka walkers came third again this year after last year.

After the sporting activity, the ninka team ended the evening, as in previous years, with an Italian meal.
