From an idea to a product
Not only for the ninka product range, but also for our OEM customers in the industry, we develop ideas and create concepts – together with external service providers on a use case basis.
Our Siemens-NX-CAD system supports parts design engineering as well as in-house FEM strength calculations, filling simulations and warpage calculations.
To assess component properties during the design engineering phase, both self-built prototypes and rapid prototyping or 3D printing parts are built and tested in an application-related manner.
ninka consults its customers in regard to product design, material selection, process-relevant article design and the selection of suitable manufacturing methods. We also provide packaging concepts and samples.
