The project engineer is the main internal and external coordinator and contact person for the project content and scope, project duration, deadlines, cost and quality of the project results. By means of a project database, all data are up-to-date and available quickly.
ninka project management is responsible for the global procurement of injection moulds from the best mould builders specialized in the respective mould type.
The mould concepts are agreed upon according to the ninka standard and the manufactoring of the mould is accompanied and monitored by our project and process engineers on site. Our portfolio includes both stack and tandem moulds, as well as two-component moulds.
