ninka wins "Besser Lackieren Award" 2022

At the beginning of last year, ninka decided to take part in the AWARD 2022 of the magazine "Besser Lackieren". The award, which the magazine presents together with the Fraunhofer Institute, offers contract painters and in-house paint shops the opportunity to have their processes reviewed and compared as part of a benchmarking process.

The competition was organised in 3 categories each for contract painters and in-house paint shops, based on size or number of employees. ninka started in the category "in-house paint shop up to 50 employees" and was one of a total of 38 participating companies.

Participation initially involved completing an extensive questionnaire of 108 questions. In the second step, the top 3 companies in each category were visited and evaluated by a jury of experts. During the visit to ninka in August, the ninka team was first quizzed with questions about the questionnaire. During the following tour of the company, ninka was able to convince with a well-positioned surface area. Furthermore, the jury was impressed by the variety of production processes.

After a long wait, ninka was awarded the prize in the category "In-house paint shop up to 50 employees" at the beginning of December. We are proud of the award and thank all employees who made the award possible through their daily commitment.
